"Harriet the store manager and Lothario were amazing and went above and beyond.They didn’t have the battery I needed in stock but noticed a store nearby had it. Lothario went to pick it up while Harriet removed my old battery. Harriet installed my new battery and gave me tips in order to make sure it charged correctly. This will be my first stop for any car troubles I have. Thank you guys!"
"Today my partner and I went to get some new lights and windshield wipers because ours have seen better days and my partner was having the hardest time trying to figure out how to get the new ones on… Until Mrs. Harriett saved our day!!! She came outside in this FREEZING arctic weather and within minutes was able to help him get the new set on with a smile on her face!! Talk about SUPERWOMAN!!! "This store needs training in customer care several times I call for a part they say they have it and when I get there they don't. . The young crew at this store is an experienced The manager's customer service is marginal at best. Brought a water pump back that I bought from a different location. They refused to refund me the money for the part and accuse me of bringing a used part back now I have to travel all the way across the city to the other location to get my refund Update Larry from the candelaria store confirmed that the part was not a used part and gladly refunded my money"
