"Today i took my tire in for a leak repair and the tire was unfixable so i asked for them to just put it back on and id deal with leak until i can afford a couple tires in 2 weeks. I got my car back and the guy said we took care of it? I asked "fixed the flat?"and he said for your safety we put a new tire .no charge !!!!!!!! I am still very gr88tful for this shop of amazing guys and they have a customer for life and i will spread their kindness story to everyone who hears. Thank you. . very much! see you soon. "I just want to say I feel like either I'm being scammed with these warranty tires or they just need more money for incentives on sales. I went in a few months ago to get my tires replaced under warranty when I noticed gashes in my tires and low tread. Dj helped me at this time and said the issues were superficial, just cosmetic and not covered under warranty. So I left thinking Im good. He said the other tires are still good so no need to have them replaced. I came back to the same DJ ready to help me, and today I'm told the tread is too low for warranty, and now the tire with a gash in it can be covered in house warranty. Something is totally off and this place has done nothing but trying to get more money out of me since I walked in. The best they can do is a discount credit card. I'm left with the same tires, no real help, and looking for a new option so I'm safe on the road. They're not concerned just salesman trying to make a buck off you."
