"I'm skeptical of how nice this place was/is!! Never have I ever seen an Albuquerque business ran so fluidly and with so many employees who actually seem happy to be there and help. The waiting area is very nice and has a fancy water filtration system that's pretty cool. I appreciate not being pressured and instead having my car well taken care of. I was worried about keeping my German car after my service contract with the expensive dealership maintenance expired, but I don't feel the German car anxiety with this shop. I highly highly recommend them if you have a Volkswagen. Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. Their logo is Bavarian flag blue, and I think that's really cool. The "boss" (Max) is super cute and friendly too!!"

"I was looking for a BMW repair shop, and after reading the reviews at Hans, decided to give them a try. I was able to get in very quickly and was quite impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness of the facility and attitude of the staff. The repair was done to perfection at a very reasonable price. They kept me informed of the progression of the repair and even kept the car inside the garage overnight to finish up the next morning.When I picked the car up on a blustery cold morning, they even had the seat warmers on as they brought it to me.
