"Coming from someone within the company, steve garcia and this company is a damn fraud this is a warning to all thinking of booking with this company. 1 history of unsafe/ impaired drivers 2 drug use is RAMPANT within the company 3 all vehicles are dirty and WILL break down on you. Dont try your luck 4 they will OVER CHARGE you do not let them fool you otherwise, you could get a much better, safe, enjoyable experience There are some GREAT drivers and good people within but i STRONGLY RECOMMEND that the general public does not book with this company. You will get scammed."

"We hired a car for 6 people and our luggage for roundtrip airport transportation. The driver was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The car was on time for both the pickup at the house and the airport. One of our bags was lost and he helped guide us through the process of how to handle that situation with grace and patience. I highly recommend American Limo Inc and have hired them for our upcoming trip!"

"I was part of a group that used this limousine service to travel to Selvellita Wildlife Refuge and back from the airport. First of all, I will way that both drivers were extremely nice and that part of the company was very good. However we do believe that we were overcharged as the amount that they charged our credit cards was more than what their price list stated that the charge would be for this trip. Repeated attempts to contact them to clarify the cost were unsuccessful. I called and their computer was down and they were unable to look up our bill. Then repeated calls went straight to voicemail and they did not return calls. I also e-mailed twice and they went unanswered. Maybe the charge was correct but we have no way of knowing as they refused to reply. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend it. Sadly they have very nice drivers but their customer service and billing is awful and unacceptable."
