"If there was a -0 rating, this place would get a -0+ they worked on cooler lines. We left on a trip cooler line fell out transmission ran out of fluid messed up the transmission due to their failing to correctly install a line now they won’t fix their mistake they keep ghosting us Bad business . Had to spend another 1800 somewhere else to get it fixed Very shady and shady people"
"Brian and julian are so great. They diagnosed the issue i was having with my vehicle (water pump pump replacement). They ordered the part and had it fixed very quickly. Go see these guys. They were very attentive, and friendly, and they didn't try to rip me off."
"I just picked up my VW bug from Bernalillo Motors and am I ever happy! It had been running just awful, so I requested a tune-up. The mechanic who did the job is John, and he found that the plugs in it were not what VW requires, therefore replaced with the brand specified for this car. After doing so, the check engine light kept coming on and he found the mass airflow sensor was shot. He replaced that also, and this little car is happier than it's ever been in the entire time I have owned it. The work was done in a very reasonable time, at a very good price, and I have complete faith in the work. If you need good, reliable work done at a reasonable price, check out Bernalillo Motors on South Coors. You will certainly be happy you did! Everyone there are really nice people, too! "This used to be a reputable shop. Took our vehicle here because the pads needed to be replaced. Then they said it needed additional work and they broke the lugnuts and said that we would have to replace them. Definitely a rip off."
