Domino's Pizza

"Ordered a specialty pizza and the gave me the wrong pizza…I had to come back and get the correct pizza and return the wrong pizza. The female on the phone and made a scene in the store when I came back. I hope she eats the pizza she took back. Germs."

"I placed an order online on Saturday morning for the next day. I ordered 4 pizzas and the garlic bread bites. I received my confirmation email that my order had been received and would be ready at the time I selected (4:15pm). However, when we got there to pick them up we were told that my order had been voided in the system, they had no explanation as to how or why it was voided, or why I wasn't notified. The cashier then asked did we still want the order? I had 20 people at my house... YES! The food was good, but after having my order cancelled when I had that many people waiting, and I had placed the order in advance really just makes me not want to order here again."

"I just ordered handmade pan pizza with a curbside pickup and I brought the pizza home and I noticed the center was falling apart when I picked it up. It was dough. I called the manager and told her my pizza wasn’t baked all the way and still doughy. She asked for my number and sounded inconvenienced. She then replied saying “you ordered a pan made pizza is supposed to be doughy.” Did you know you can become ill from eating raw dough? Had to cut half the pizza for the baked part. Won’t be going there anymore."

"Our pizza's were delicious but the parmesan bread bites were the best we'd had of all the dominos we've tried in various different states! Was so good!"

"Order online for pickup and the tracker app and emails said my order would be ready in 18 to 28 minutes. Showed up at the store 30 minutes later and my order was still in prep phase. Apparently it was just sitting on the prep board and had been since I ordered 30 minutes ago. An hour after ordering it was still showing as being prepared. I completely understand a place could be busy on a Friday afternoon but when the tracker says it will be ready, I assumed that means it would be ready. The two workers spent ten minutes then complaining and cursing customers that were calling and canceling orders. Finally after waiting ten minutes one of the two workers finally started making pizza again but still complaining about customers not being patient. Not sure exactly what the issue was but the lack of any sense of urgency amongst the two employees certainly didn’t help. Also getting calls to their personal phones from their daughter instead of actually working to make pizzas definitely delayed everything. I would not recommend this location. There are a few other Dominoes and other pizza places nearby that would be a better choice. It also didn’t help that the one employee was wearing apple EarPods and had to shout everything and get everyone to repeat stuff to him because he couldn’t hear. I know more about him and his life than I’d ever want to know. Also apparently the General Manager at this location, according to the employees, is a few weeks away from getting fired because of all the issues he’s caused."
