Tried to place order by phone no one would answer. Had to walk there to place order it took 30minutes. In kitchen theyhad Gothic music super loud, inappropriate to customer. No"

"Twice now we ordered a Meatza meatza pizza and twice we have gotten the wrong pizza and try to call and complain all you get is a runaround.......... I called and spoke to foreign sounding lady and was promised a refund and an email to confirm said REFUND but nothing I didn't do anything the first time but try and call to complain about the wrong order but the phone just Rang And Rang never answered I know this to shall fall on deaf ears and nothing will get done but hopefully some will see my review and not order from Little Caesars they don't care about costumer service at ALL I would give a BIG fAT ZERO IF THAT WAS AVAILABLE 000000"

"This is the worst Little Caesars location I've been to. I ordered two pizzas, showed up when the app told me to, and still proceeded to wait an additional 30 min. Next, I received the pizzas and they were the wrong order. The employees then took so long to make the correct pizzas (30 more min) that I finally gave up and canceled my order. Large number of people waiting. Employees arguing with one another. Unapologetic when they made a mistake. Trust me, it is worth the longer drive to go to a different location."

"Literally the worst service ever, this location is the worst of the worst! I put in an online order. I waited about 18 minutes and then I received a call saying there out of an ingredient I said it was fine to replace it. I waited another 10 minutes or so to give them time to make my order. I then drove over to the location, when I got there they didn’t even know what I ordered nor had they put it in the oven, I said I would wait since I didn’t mind. There were at least 3 other people there that had been waiting 45 min plus for their order already, that should have been a sign for me. 15 minutes went by and the assistant manager had to ask again what I had ordered and asked again two more times after this. By the fourth time I had already been waiting 45 minutes! I tried to ask how much longer it would take after the assistant manager was consistently putting people ahead of me and he said I don’t wanna argue just tell me what you ordered. 4 times before and they still didn’t know, not to mention the staff was arguing and yelling at each other the whole time. After another 10 minutes they finally had my order and then the assistant manager had the audacity to laugh at me while I walked out. I wish I could leave zero stars, I will never be going back here. The assistant managers name is Quentin, he was very rude and clearly the staff needs to be retrained."

"It was awful! I got the Xtra most bestest pizza which they didn't have ready so had to wait seven minutes which supposedly the pizzas are hot and ready, which is never the case at this location. To top it off the pizza was cut all messed up and there was barely a crust on it and it was even cold. Very terrible place to get pizza.*UPDATE*- The girl made it all better, not sure if she is the manager I forgot to get her name but I think she is in charge because she advised me she talked to her co workers and told them not to do that again. She was really nice and polite. She made us a new pizza for free to make up for the inconvenience."
