"Great place, great woman, great with dogs and if anyone leaves a bad review it's because they are bad people. Antwan's review below... I have to call BS on. The owner always works with me when she can and is very professional. You just have to be a responsible adult. Call as soon as possible if you can't make an appointment. If she calls you, answer or call her back. It's part of being an adult and that guy isn't. She is definitely one of the best."
"After years of my wife driving all the way from Hermosa to this groomer. This business owner calls my wife up the morning of an appointment to ask if she can come in early due to a couple cancelations. My wife responded in the affirmative and stated she'd need 20 minutes plus driving time (reminding the groomer that she'd be coming from Hermosa). When wife arrived she found the business closed and lights off. Confused she texted the groomer and received a combative response stating the groomer had driven in and waited over 20 minutes so she left. My wife responded by apologizing (which she didn’t need to do) for the apparent mix up, yet again reminding her that she came from Hermosa. You know what the groomer said in response? Nothing. The groomer ghosted her."
"Well I booked a spot with this place. I remember asking if I should set a reminder and she said they would give me a reminder call on that day do not to worry about it. That call never came. I stop out and she tells me she will not see my dog because of a no show. Then proceeds to tell me she texted me instead of call. I feel Iike why have a business if you don’t want to do the work. The worst ever. I’ll tell people about this place, not to go, but to avoid at all cost."
