"The lady working that day was rude. Talked nice to her the whole time!! She answered like we were dumb... She interrupted too much. Couldn't finish asking a question cause of that. The other lady that works there is super friendly and nice, always feels welcoming when she's there. This time was not a good visit."
"Phones are horrible.. service depends on the phone.. and it depends which person is working.. one is extremely nice and the other is rather rude and could care less on helping or making sure your phone works.. seems like they give good phones to people they like.. but that's small town attitude for ya. My grandma's phone's never work well and it's a constant headache trying to call them.. get help or go get something reliable for her ."
"Truthfully my husband got ripped off. He was due for an upgrade. He got the upgrade but that phone was SO CHEAP. He had complications with it. We went to the local office. He was given another phone (same model). Again it wasn't worth it. Went back to the office. The lady sold him another model. Spent $50-60 again for a worthless phone. We called the district manager, she didn't help us. Then we called the corporate office n we were told they couldn't do anything unless the District Manager agreed to give him a new phone or refund his money. Not satisfied with the product n service. Rated 1 star. Could have rated Cellular One "0" - WORTHLESS"
