She provides easy to learn stretches and strength exercises to do at home. During in-office or your at home sessions, she provides thorough education of what she is working on and why. "I’ve been going to Sara for Pelvic Floor Therapy for over 4 months now and I’m seeing great results! I’ve learned so much about my Pelvic floor and we’ve worked on getting my hips to tilt back into proper position as well as flexibility and strengthening.
