"While my grandson was out to Sequel Falls Academy I bought him a Nintendo Switch with three games and an Xbox One (terabyte) with three games. They were both "lost". DSS was going to reimburse me for both of them but Sequel Falls Academy said they were going to replace the Xbox One. DSS reimbursed me for the Nintendo Switch and now none of my calls are being returned from Sequel Falls Academy concerning the Xbox One. My grandson has been home now for three months and still nothing from them people. So I guess I'm just SOL for the money I've lost. My grandson wasn't out there for anything bad. CPS failed to contact me and his mother after his dad up and surrendered him to DSS for his incompetence as a "father" and we were told that he could have electronics like that. Incompetent staff!!!!"
