"I HAVE LITERALLY NO WORDS! Battle Creek Camping Resort is such a gem of a place. If you are looking for a relaxing stay to disconnect for the outside world THIS IS IT! Our stay was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! There were amazing bathroom/shower accommodations just a short walk away. A huge added plus is that this stay was completely dog friendly. We stayed in the wonderful Elkview Lodge. It was the perfect cozy size along with outdoor seating and a firepit. I also told Battle Creek that we were visiting for my husband's birthday so they left us a little care package with wine, smores kit and some additional snacks. Thoughtfully curated, hidden gem, and amazing service are things that come to mind when I think of this place. If we are ever in the area again, we WILL be back. High recommend to anyone looking for a cozy get away!"

"Perfect accommodations for a family visiting the Black Hills. As a family of five we were thrilled to fit so comfortably in the largest glamping dome, the Ponderosa. We were so comfortable in our dome with its cozy decor and bedding, plus plenty of games and puzzles for entertainment. The restrooms were gorgeous with plenty of hot water, way nicer than I’ve ever seen at any other campground. We loved taking in the starry views at night and exploring the historical landmarks nearby like Custer State Park and Deadwood during the day! I have and would recommend it over and over!"

"Battle Creek Camping Resort & Wedding Venue was the perfect place for our wedding this weekend! We stayed 2 nights, and there was plenty of space for family to stay the night of the wedding. Jason & Zena went above and beyond to help us! From set up to tear down, to helping with everything at the wedding. They accommodated us and were super supportive the whole event! They are truly amazing people! The domes and tents are beautiful to stay in! They each had a AC unit it in them and the bathrooms with showers are great! I would recommend Battle Creek for any events you are planning or a beautiful night to stay in the hills!"

"Great place to stay. If we're ever pulling through SD again, we'll definitely be back. We may have been the only ones there (in the fact we came through early season), but the sites are huge, nice picnic tables, bath houses, AND DOG FRIENDLY! Nice family run operation.
