"I enjoyed the stay. The interstate is close by, but I couldn't hear it too much through the day or night, only when outside. Some lights and outlets were not working; I hope that isn't a fire hazard for the Hotel. I wish all the employees were friendly there if they have to act sour; maybe they need to get a job elsewhere or return to where they came from!"

"WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! I've had the worst stay here than I've ever had in any other hotel I've ever stayed in. I am packing up my things now after the front desk clerk (who coincidentally quit today) told me I was paid up until Sunday. I was not given any forewarning I found out when my key didn't work. The manager on duty also said I was rude to her staff and the reason for that was because I was responding to their rudeness. I came here to mind my own business but this whole place is creepy there are men who stand at every corner and watch you. I've experienced this several times while taking my dogs out, this happened in -0° weather at all hours of the night. There is an old lady at the front desk named Dawn who will treat you like you are stupid she asks you the most condescending questions and she called me a sad person because if the way I responded to her. I also had a run in with the girl that a few people mentioned on here she also talked down to me and and threatened me with the cops because my dogs barked at her. She has very thick glasses. This place has very bad energy if you believe in that stuff. The first time I stayed here it smelled like weed all day every day maybe that's why the creepy men stand in the dark and watch you. I will never recommend this place to anybody, ever!!!!!!! The chairs are really dirty and there was no space between my finger and the glass of the mirrors. That's even creepier than the men who watch you at night."

"Super clean room and great service! It was great to have a bedroom suite with a full kitchen that was pet friendly. The breakfast was really good. My family and friends really enjoyed the hotel. Would definitely stay again!"

"Had a GRAND 4 night stay at this hotel! All the staff we encountered (about 6) were so kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was good and the whole hotel was very clean and inviting. We stayed on the 2nd floor directly across the elevator and didn't have any problems with noise (besides some kids above us a couple of times). I have celiac disease, and can not eat Gluten. During the biscuit & gravy breakfast day, the breakfast attendant made me eggs and sausage! Bless her heart♡ I didn't catch their names, but the breakfast lady and the new mid-shift front desk lady were awesome!"

"Upon check-in, we went to the room. We are family of four, so I booked a room that is advertised to sleep for people. They had a nice pull out sofa and a queen bed in a separate room. Yes, it had a whirlpool tub but however, it shares the same area as your kitchen instead of the bathroom. So basically, everyone can sit on the couch and in the second seating area and watch you bathe if you have a family. The breakfast was disappointing. First day at least had eggs so that was all right. When we book this we booked it for the breakfast. Upon the second day, there were only wheat products. There was an apple that I could have but even the oatmeal was not labeled if it was the gluten-free oats or not, because oats are not gluten-free on their own. I have a severe wheat allergy where my throat closes if I eat bread or any wheat products. My husband noticed that the fridge by the laundry room that they keep their backstock in was stocked full of yogurt and other gluten-free items. I went to the front desk to inquire if I could have one yogurt since I had a severe wheat allergy. The maintenance guy was left in charge of the desk and helping guests instead of any other staff so they must have a staffing issue. the maintenance guy told me no he could not give me any of that because his manager who worked the night before told him that no yogurt or any other items were to be put out for the breakfast. I’m not sure what they’re saving it for because you have hotel guests staying during the week as well not just your weekends. Very disappointing as this property has potential but the service and the rooms that they have remodeled Just don’t reflect that. Pool and hot tub were also closed and not advertised on their main website at all. They also advertise the GrandStay pantry. On the website, it says the GrandStay pantry is for gas to be able to grab any food that they want during the day. What they failed to tell you is it’s two dollars for a bag of chips. And it’s everything else is priced so it is not free."
