"To be short, I lost my trust to the health care industry as a whole in 2019, I had not been to a doctor since then. I ended up in the hospital with one issue, and it turned out my blood pressure was really high while in there for that. Dr. Roy and the nurse (greatest nurse, hands down, that I've ever worked with) there have flipped me and made me believe there are still good ones out there and I am very grateful for how much they have helped me. One of the best things I can say about them is after she asked me all the questions and typed in her notes... She was mid sentence talking to me and started laughing and shaking her head. I asked what was so funny and she said, "Nothing, Dr. Roy just asked if there was some smiling dancing emoji that your blood pressure was perfect this time". That said a lot to me about how much they actually care."
"Haven't had any respect for any healthcare providers since 2019 happened. Had to go in for an ongoing issue, absolutely best nurse I've ever had to interact with and the doc was great too. So were the lab ladies, and wow they were feeling the Valentine's spirit according to the decor lol. And the blood lady was nice/smart enough to just use my hand since my arm vein has never existed"
