"Called due to a wasp problem in my yard. James was very professional and explained his treatment in detail upon completion. He also explained how to go about preventing the problem in the future. Extremely professional and friendly. Great administrative system for appointment reminders and payments. Highly recommend them."
"They installed bait stations around and under my manufacturered house last year. However, this summer when I called them to make an appointment to refill the bait stations they did not answer. This was on June 1st. I called them again on June 2nd and left a message with my number asking them to call me back, and they never did. It is now June 25th and I haven't heared a peep from them. I do not recommend them because of this unprofessionalism. Now I have to find a new company to come out to fill the bait stations. I have 3 young kids in my house and the mice are starting to sneak in again now. :("
