"Spent almost $600 to clean the house we had just purchased. Only 5 days of living there after they were cleaned my dog peed on carpet and I used my rainbow vacuum cleaner to extract water that I poured on the area to clean his mess. I was horrified by the amount of dirt I got out in a small area cleaned. Contacted the company and they only gave me excuses on what they did was to industry standards and stated that it must not have been taken care of by previous owner. Even sending them photos, no offer to make it right. Avoid this company."

They brought in fans and dehumidifiers and explained the process of drying things out. They were so professional and polite and sympathized with my situation. They said they would come back daily to check levels and they did. If I had any questions they answered them until I was comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to help.
