And when I asked about product in stock they had no idea if they had it or where it would be if they did. If you are going to have new employees there should at least be someone there who knows what to do"
"I only go there for what I absolutely can not get at salon centric. Manager always treats me as well as anyone I've ever gone with, or seen shopping there, like garbage. So incredibly rude. I have come back a few times just to try to give her the benefit of the doubt, same experience every time. All the other girls are very sweet and helpful. Don't give this place your business unless you must."
"A lot of the girl's there are so helpful and nice. However, the manager is not. She is not very welcoming and I feel like I am annoying her when I come in to get my products. I try to map out the times she's not working."
"I went to buy the Mira curl curling iron, tag was put there stating the sale price 50% off for 90.00 so when it rang up it was regular price. She told me that was on the wrong place and they don't carry the iron that is on sale. Believe they should offer that price beings the other iron that is on sale is more expensive and the steam one they have to order."
