"Was told 30 mins, then a woman came in with 5 kids who all needed cuts but weren't in line, I ended needing to wait over and hour to be seen since she had checked in first but didn't say she needed 6 cuts... won't be coming back."

"Dear miss Emily. Although I appreciate your effort in helping guests. To be fair, being a professional does sometimes require some effort. My brother went in just a few moments ago. He came home almost in tears. His “fade” he requested definitely is NOT blended in, he said you also made him feel bad about how he styles his curls? Which was not okay. Please take this moment as a learning one. I do hope there is another stylist there that we can go to that is a tad bit more experienced and polite."
