"Went in for a perm and instead got most of my hair lobbed off. When I expressed concerns, the hairdresser was defensive and insisted she was doing the best thing for my “bone structure”. She didn’t stop and listen to what I wanted. To be fair, I wasn’t very assertive, but she was way more concerned in selling me hair products then making sure I was comfortable with what she was doing to my head. Overall, bad experience."

"I called Lori the Owner/hair professional for an appointment 1week before to fix my hair for a wedding I was attending. I do not live in Spearfish therefore I was nervous about having another person do anything with my hair. I do believe that things happen for a reason. I never intended to cut my long hair but, Lori has so much intense knowledgeable about hair and facial structure for just the right cut, color and style I went for it. I have to say she gave me the best hair color, cut and style I have ever had. I’am so happy with the experience and wonderful color,cut and style I received that I will continue to book appointments with Lori. Thank you again!!"

"Was just traveling through and visiting family. Took a chance on this lovely little hair salon and was so pleased I did. One of the best haircuts I‘ve ever had! Lori the stylist/owner of the salon truly knows how to cut and style hair. Brought a picture of what I wanted and her cut and style was exactly as pictured. And her fee was more than affordable. Great service and and lovely shop. My only regret is her shop is far from where I’m from."
