"Disgusting. Rooms nasrty. Pubic hair in tub and bed bugs. Reporting to health department. One guest chased us to our room. Flattened our tire with a knife. Staff didnt care that we are diamond members of choice. I have photos being added of how the room was. Homeless shelters are cleaner. We will be filing multiple complaints to see if we can get this place taken care of by choice. Choice hotels in the most part are amazing. This is the worst one we have ever visited."

"DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! Not only did they charge extra in person asking for cash for having more than 3 people in a 2 queen bed room, they charged the card an extra charge $30 without our knowledge because the person working the following day seem more than 3 people. Then, those money hungry people charged another $60 because a towel and a wash cloth because it was dirty. You might as well sleep anywhere but this stingy Crackhead palace, not worth your time or money. They will shake you for every dime you have. Oh can’t forget to lock your stuff up, because the crackheads standing outside trying to cat call women might try to take your stuff as well. Do yourself a favor, steer clear and stay somewhere else."

"Our first impression was several men drinking beer and smoking next to the entrance when we pulled in after 9pm. Check-in was fine and the lady was friendly. Our room smelled like vomit and there were stains (looked like bodily fluids) all over the floor. The beds were comfortable, but I did pull out several q-tips from under the fitted sheet. Overall, it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but I wouldn't stay here again and I can't recommend it."

"Checked in and the hotel and grounds was filthy. It appeared as though several rooms were home to permanent residents, there were people in their vehicles in the parking lot hanging out and blasting music, and the room was tiny and not clean. It was also up 2 flights of stairs with no where to out the suit cases at all. Smallest room I have ever seen. My wife and I found it unsuitable, checked out immediately after seeing the room, and were not compensated at all. Billed in full for 2 nights."

"I arrived at this hotel assuming to have my employee discount for both nights. I couldn't get the same price for both nights since I didn't book it at the same time. My mother-in-law checked in before my husband and I and said that the hotel rooms were not worth the price listed so we didn't want to stay there for the night that I couldn't have my employee discount. We told the front desk lady we were going to go somewhere else to get a room for the night without the discount. Woke up the next morning and they charged us for that night. They refuse to give us our money back for that night we didn't stay there. We wanted to cancel the last night but assumed they were going to charge us again if we didn't stay there. We stayed there that night. Woke up at 1:20 A.M to find BED BUGS ON OUR BED!!! We immediately packed our bags and loaded everything up. Asked for our refund that had to be given to my in-laws since they couldn't do anything for us that same night. People were outside the hotel drinking and hanging out. Not a family environment. We had to drive 3 hours home because we weren't able to find another hotel room without being charged an arm and a leg. This place was absolutely disgusting. They know they have BED BUGS and still have the audacity to not refund me my money for the one night we refused to pay for without the employee discount."
