"We will not be staying in campgrounds for Rally ever again. We had six first timers along this trip. The solitude, the vistas while making breakfast, the space available to all be together, but not on top of each other. Kate and Eric are very in tune to offering a clean, fun, relaxing environment. The ability to ride all day and return to that hot tub and then the massage chair for 30 (or 60) minutes to reset for the next days ride. We were fortunate to have a meteor shower kick off while sitting in the hot tub on our last night. So appropriate to put an exclamation point on our stay at this Magnificent Property. "My husband and I have stayed at many Airbnb’s across the country and we both thought this was the best one ever!! Great for a getaway that’s truly peaceful, comfortable and the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Or perfect to bring the whole family as the multiple areas to hang out, watch movies and even a full game room accommodate. Plus, all the bedrooms are comfy and plenty of bathroom space. Truly a gem of a find AND there’s plenty to do in the area for towns to visit, parks to explore and some of the best wildlife sightings we’ve had. We cannot recommend this place and the hosts enough! Terrific communication and fully expect to come back. 5 star review is easy to give on this one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐"

"Kate was amazing! She was so helpful with all of my constant questions. I texted her several times and she responded back quickly. We had a great time and it was perfect for our family of 9! Our kids had a blast in the game room and they loved sleeping in the loft area. Thanks for a great time! Highly recommended!!"

"Can we give it 10 stars? Great place to stay! We scrolled through a lot of options before making a decision on a property that 6 people could agree on! We are so glad this one was the chosen one! Everything was superb! The location was stellar, very central to a lot of things that was on our agenda. We enjoyed a lot of area from as far South as Hot Springs up North to Spearfish and everything in between. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was very clean upon arrival. The property is exactly as it is described in the listing with a bonus: The sunrise and sunset views were beautiful! Our group cooked meals, played board games, used the game room, and enjoyed the hot tub! We recommend this property for a large group or a few families to share! We will definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting West River South Dakota. A huge thank you to the hosts"
