"Extremely slow help at the specialty counters, especially the firearm counter. Employee called for the counter worker and still waited and hour and a half before someone noticed they hadn't shown up. Shop anywhere else unless you want your time wasted."

"Bought a RC car for my son. When we got home (we live 4 hours away), it didn't work. When I looked at the receipt , next to the price it said "damaged". No where on the item or the box did it say it was damaged. I spent $15 for a car that is garbage!!!"
"They usually have stuff you need. Good selection of Hardware & tools. Update: Nov 2019 I still like to shop at Bomgaars, although my experience today was awkward. I witnessed a male employee berate a female employee right in front of me. Horrible attitude on his part. I was extremely upset by this."
