McDonald's 804 East North Street, Rapid City, SD 57701

"So I use the app to order my food like always, but this time they had put my sauce which was ranch, in the bag but completely forgot my nuggets. They didn't answer the phone when I called them. I had to drive all the way back just to pull up and finally have them give me the 10 piece nuggets. I've never had so much problems with a McDonald's. 9 times out of 10 when I visit here they forget at least one thing. It's a waste of time when I truly just want to enjoy some food and be on my way. I understand small mistakes, but this happens almost everytime. I don't understand. They need to pay more attention. Other than that, most of their customers service is good, they just need to work more as a team and I'm tired of having to waste time just trying to get the food that I paid for that they forgot."

"I'm writing this review because of a situation if somebody is allergic to onions this is some they should really pay attention to I asked for no onions on my burger and I got onions anyway unless pickles I have always loved coming to McDonald's because it's a good atmosphere and good food but this time around I just seemed Rush"

"How about I pull around and wait longer to pad your drive thru times. Stay away if any cars in line. Edit I still go here and they give my dogs treats. Just wait in line."

"It was around 3:30pm on Dec 17th. We went through the drive thru. Was asked to hold on, which I didn't mind. However, they didn't turn their headsets off and we could hear them cussing in the backround. Finally was able to give them our order. Was asked to pull around to wait for order. They brought out our drinks so we continued to wait. The girl came back over asked what we were doing and we replied we haven't gotten our food yet. 3 cars behind us got their order before us. Food was not fresh at all. They finally brought the order out and it wasn't even right. We had to go inside to get the the rest of the food. The manager was very snotty to my husband. Better off going to the McDonald's on Mount Rushmore road."

"Went through drive thru and the women on the headset and window her name was Bethany, couldn't get my order right no matter how many times I repeated myself . And then got rushed through and they forgot multiple things on my order still. McDonald's is not what it used to be just like people's capability to work what a sad establishment. I highly recommend literally anywhere else to eat.."
