"I just ordered the 2 for $6 and the classic roast beef I ate had moldy bread. And the crispy fish sandwich had more breading on it than actual fish. What a disappointment."
"I tried to order the 2 for 7 beef n cheddar, with no onion bun and no red sauce, like I have at all arbys!!!!! And was told I couldn’t order that like that. I no order them the same way every time! With no issues for the special. It’s pretty simple. I’ll tell you how , you sub regular bun and no red sauce!! BOOM DONE!!! That wasn’t so hard"
"Not a bad place to eat. Online ordering is very useful, would be perfect if you could get your order from drive thru. Unfortunately, you cant so it's almost a waste of time ordering online to have to go inside anyway I mean there is never a line waiting, so ordering isn't any faster.that is if the employees decides to take your order. I've had to ask if they were serving lobby before since drive was only plce being helped."
"They were out of the Goodburgers, so I ordered a roast beef and mozzarella sticks with ranch and a sprite... well I wanted to swap out the sprite because it tasted awful, but the girl handed me my food so fast she had the door shut before I could begin to ask. When I got home there was no ranch, and my roast beef had no sauce, just two sweaty slices of roast beef, but the real kicker was the tough old sesame seed hamburger bun it came on. Mozzarella sticks were good though."
"I went to arbys to get a quick dinner. I ordered a fry, nuggets and drink. Their was one other person in line with me and I waited 35 minutes without moving at all in the line. Eventually I just left. I could’ve drove across town and got McDonald’s faster then going to arbys which is pretty close by. I understand your short staffed, but I know for a fact that the crew is slacking."
