Hampton Inn Lead

"5 minutes from downtown Deadwood, this is the perfect hotel! It feels brand new, everything is so clean and nice. Service is great, and prices are way lower than deadwood! The breakfast is fantastic in the morning, eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, bagels, pastries, fruit, oatmeal bar, cereal, and waffles! The rooms are super clean with all the amenities you could ask for. It also had a Netflix sign in, which is great. Parking is also a plus, huge parking lot, plus covered garage parking! I highly recommend this place."

"They have friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent breakfast. They even have brown bags for people who don't have time to sit down and eat breakfast in the mornings. And it's conveniently located within walking distance of different restaurants and bars in town and within a short driving distance of different establishments in Deadwood. I will stay there again the next time I'm in town for work."

"This hotel is perfectly located. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was modern, large, comfortable and sparkling clean. Large walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. I was extremely grateful for the large screen tv in the room. The free breakfast was outstanding! A large variety of food choices and a very visible presence of staff keeping things supplied and cleaned. I highly recommended this Hampton Inn!"

"In terms of standard hotels.. this might be one of the cleanest, safest feeling, nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean, everything is well lit, and the staff is incredibly friendly/accommodating. Just a short drive from Deadwood, it's not "out of the way" at all. Would definitely stay here again."

"Loved this hotel! Clean and comfortable room that was a nice size for the two of us. The bathroom was well lit and had nice-smelling toiletries. The TV was a bit lackluster and didn't have as many options nor could you cast/airplay from your own device. The lobby/breakfast area was large and modern with an excellent view when using the elevator. The breakfast itself was great with a variety of options that were regularly stocked throughout the morning. The workers were very friendly and greeted you when you walked by. There was plenty of parking (open lot and covered) and it was free which was nice knowing this is a touristy area and not all hotels offer free parking. The location was a bit far from the major touristy attractions (Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Crazy Horse) but was very close to Deadwood. You could also explore Lead by foot pretty easily (but be prepared for the hills!). Overall a fantastic hotel and in a great, scenic location that I would love to visit again!"
