"Took a brand new Ram 1500 through this car wash. Got numerous scratches on driver side, hood, roof, and lift gate. Truck was only washed once before, through a touch less car wash. Everyone in our family is supremely confident that the scratches were not on the vehicle prior to the car wash. We noticed them immediately after the wash, at vacuum cleaners. The manager initially claimed the scratches were caused by vacuum hoses. When he quickly realized this was physically impossible from the location of the scratches, he said he would turn the matter over to the insurance carrier. The car wash’s insurer has denied responsibility, claiming without any evidence that the scratches must have been caused elsewhere. We will correct this through the legal process, but in the meantime, beware of this car wash! If you must use it, I recommend you take pictures of your car beforehand, to avoid the same issue when it happens to you."

"10/10 carwash and vacuums. Fantastic customer service always. By far, my favorite carwash and staff. Setting up monthly service is quick and easy as well as cancelling. I forgot to cancel a premium for a car we got rid of a month ago and they credited my account to cover my other car for another month since I hadn't used the washing service on the other car. Vacuums are great, trash is taken out regularly, car wash is superb."
"Would of received a 5 star but they don't hand wash the front of vehicle like the Sheridan Lake location. Mostly concentrated on the back where there is no bugs. Considering dropping my (2) unlimited cars washes because of this"
