"I would give zero stars if possible. We had two guys rent our bus conversion and take it to South Dakota. The bus broke down and Paul’s was called to tow them. The tow guy insisted that the bus just needed oil and took them to O’Reilly instead of the campground they choose. He put oil and starter fluid and left after it started. It ran for 10 minutes and stalled again. They called Paul and he asked them why that was his problem!!! When the tow truck driver returned he told them the engine was blown and tried to buy the bus from the renters. Needless to say we had the bud towed to another shop where they found the issue to be a fuel tank ventilation problem. I found Paul’s to have very shady tactics. Beware!!!!"
