"They require a credit card to hold your appointment, even if you're paying with a gift card, and will charge you half the price of whatever service you book if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or no show. I did not feel comfortable with that, but I wanted to use the gift card I was given and knew I would keep my appointment, so I booked it for my birthday at 10am. Then, at 6pm the day before, they text me, not call, and without my persmission move my appointment to another time slot that, duh, because they did not get my permission, does not work for me. Then, I tried to call to again move the appointment, but what do you know, they don't answer (just like the first time I tried to call to schedule; I had to call a second time later to get anyone on the line). The time slot that they moved me to was also within the 24hr fee window (conveniently for them), so after reading other reviews, I was concerned they were really going to try to screw me and charge me a fee for needing to reschedule because the time THEY rescheduled me for WITHOUT MY PERMISSION didn't work for me. However, I appreciate that the manager did call me back and rescedule, and it doesn't seem like they tried to charge me the cancellation fee. The stress of interacting with this potentially predatory business (read the other reviews; I only did after my experience) counteracted the stress relief from the actual massage to a large degree. Thankfully, when I arrived I had a pleasant experience. The front desk person was nice and courteous, the coconut water offerred was yummy, and my massuese, George, was friendly, asked good questions to give me the massage I wanted, and gave a relaxing massage. I didn't feel overly pressured to buy a membership, although they did talk through it after my appointment. Overall, not necessarily a bad place, especially if you do want frequent massages and would take advantage of a membership, but I do think there are better options in Denver for less frequent visitors that are also about half the price of massages here."

"They were unclear about how the membership worked and did not tell in advance that you get charged whether you use the services or not so I assumed it worked like a membership at a store. I called to cancel my first appointment with the membership well in advance because I needed the money and couldn’t afford it. I asked if I was going to be charged and they said no. A couple weeks later they charged me. When I called to get a refund or anything they said all they could do is give me the service that I already paid for and that they apologized and said it was a “training issue”."

"Beware! You cannot cancel your membership until a manager calls you. I went by on a Saturday (in person) to cancel my membership. It will be Wednesday tomorrow & no one has called me. Horrible business model."
