"Not once, not twice, but THREE times going there for some reason the staff deletes my appointment instead of checking me in. The front staff are not friendly at all and the medical assistant rush you. I had both my kids with me and my hands full and they didn't even offer to help me... Instead she literally looked down at the time pretty much telling me to hurry up. I also don't think it is right that they refuse to see you until your balance is paid in full. I will not be going here from now on and don't recommend anyone else to go either no matter how desperate you are."

"I visited this office because my employer requires an annual physical, which is just fine with me. I've been struggling finding a physician close to my home that is also accepting new patients, and I thought I had lucked out when I found that Dr. Linn was accepting new patients and was also on ZocDoc. I made my appointment, and arrived about 10 minutes early. The front desk was very pleasant to deal with - and I was taken back to a room fairly quickly. I discussed a few issues with the PA, and when she left the room, she had me undress and get in one of those fun hospital gowns. You know, the ones with the open back. No problem - she told me Dr. Linn would be with me in a few minutes. Well, a few minutes turned into almost an hour. Let me tell you, waiting in one of those hospital gowns for 50 minutes isn't fun nor is it comfortable. Eventually Dr. Linn came into my room, when she informed me that she had left her water bottle in another room. I told her that was fine, that she should go get it. She then left the room to go into the room where she left her water bottle, and I could hear her conversing with someone else - I'm not sure who - for quite a few minutes. She then informed this person that I was waiting on her and that she had to get back to me. (My point here is that this doctor's office has thin walls, might want to fix that in an environment where discretion is needed.) I just had a few items I wanted to discuss with Dr. Linn - she was a very sweet lady, but she spoke so loudly that I was afraid the other rooms could hear. However, I was completely put-off when she began discussing other patients. A few months later, when I finally had time to get my blood drawn, someone from this office called me to give me my results. She also informed me that Dr. Linn was no longer with the practice, for reasons I do not know. But either way, I was not planning on returning to this office. My search for a physician continues."

"Extremely disappointed with the office staff’s blatant lack of consideration for their patients’ time. After months of jumping through hoops to try to schedule my annual physical exam, I was finally able to get a morning appointment that complied with my hectic work schedule. Prior to my appointment I received several emails, automated phone calls, and texts confirming my appointment time. It wasn’t until I was five minutes away from the doctors office that I received a phone call from them saying that I had somehow scheduled myself for only 15 minutes that day and they absolutely could not do the exam in that time frame. Of course, they said it was my fault because I had scheduled it online through Zocdoc. I have never had an issue scheduling any of my appointments through them. And if you’re familiar with that website, you simply select the appointment you need and what time you would like- absolutely NO WHERE do you specify how much time your appointment should be. Then after you schedule it online, they confirm your appointment with the office. Which they did several weeks ago. I would have appreciated a phone call then or at the VERY least the day before my appointment- NOT when I am on my way to the office the morning of. Needless to say, I am now looking for a new primary care physician thanks to the inconsiderate office staff at East-West Health Centers."

"STAY AWAY!!!!! You will truly be sorry if you choose East-West Health Centers for your medical needs. They are completely incompetent. Just call them, you will get a poorly recorded message telling you your call is important, and then you will wait at least 5 -15 minutes for them to pick up. This is standard operating procedure at East-West. This has not changed in over a year. The poor phone management is just the beginning. I had my previous doctor send my medical records to them. Three weeks after they were sent, the administrative staff at East-West could not find those records. I requested to speak to the office manager Katarina (eventually we spoke). After another week, they found the records, they were in their offices for over 3 weeks. Next issue billing... they make mistakes, lots of them. Try to get them fixed. (5-15 minute hold just to be answered and the receptionist can only do so much) I was tired of holding, so I went through the web portal to request they fix the billing mistakes, web portal says they will respond in 2 business days. That is not accurate. Expect it will take at least 3 days and more like a week. So I had to call and call and call. Each time they said your issue will be fixed within a week. Then I would get another notice about my bill. I could go on, but I would tell you it took over 6 months, and dozens of phone call to finally get my billing issue solved. I did not like my doctor, Dr. Beatriz Linn. She was the reason a billing issue existed in the first place, and I would say her bedside manners were anything but comfortable. I do not like writing negative reviews, but I felt that in this case, I had to warn others to STAY AWAY!"

"The only compliment I can extend to this establishment is that I found the receptionists and medical assistant to be very friendly. I have a hard enough time scheduling an appointment with a doctor due to my vastly negative experiences with them, and this experience certainly wasn't any different. I spent about 30 minutes answering questions then filling out more questionnaires before even seeing the doctor. Once inside the exam room, the doctor was condescending and didn't even address all of the issues I had been there to discuss with her. She ordered blood work (it was a Thursday) then said she would call me with the results on the following Tuesday. When I still hadn't heard from her that following Wednesday, I emailed the clinic asking about the results. I got an email back the next day, Thursday, stating that I needed to schedule an appointment to get my results. I emailed again stating that this is not what I had been told and that I wanted my results over the phone, to which I never got a response. If I had all the time and money in the world to schedule appointments and pay the $25 copay for these office visits, I would. But I refuse to take the time off of work and pay an additional $25 just to have them tell me my results were fine. And I refuse to go back to this clinic."
