Boulder Internal Medicine, located at 2880 Folsom Street in Boulder, Colorado, is a premier healthcare institution specializing in internal medicine and disease prevention. Our Advanced Prevention Program (APP) offers a unique approach to healthcare, focusing on preventing diseases that can be prevented and diagnosing early diseases that cannot. Our experienced physicians and technologists ensure the highest quality of care, with expertise in preventive cardiology, lung screening, and emerging technologies. Our team includes William Blanchet, M.D., Amy O. Campbell, M.D. FACP, Jennifer Johnson, M.D., John Campbell, PA-C, and Kylie McBride, FNP-C.

As a member of the APP, you will receive personalized and comprehensive care, with a limited number of memberships allowing for in-depth attention to your health needs. Our practice model is designed with prevention in mind, resulting in a superior approach to medical care. Membership includes an annual fee of $2025 per individual, payable by cash, check, or credit card. While the fee is not covered by insurance, it may qualify for payment from a health funding account.
