"I don't normally give out 5 star reviews because if you just did what you were supposed to then IMHO that's a 4 star review. It's when you overcome problems and go above and beyond, that I'll give a 5 star review. Bigfoot earned a 5 star review. We had a pretty big fence job: 160 feet with about 100 feet of overgrown hedges right up against the fence that needed to be removed. We had several contractors take a pass on the job. Other's gave us ridiculously high bids. Lowes was willing to do the job, but kept pushing the date back and we didn't want to wait 60+ days for our fence. So we contacted Elias at Bigfoot Fence and he was out at 7am the next day to look at the job, we had a estimate a 1-2 hours later. Not only did he beat the Lowes estimate, he could start in a few days, so we switched to Bigfoot and we're thrilled we did. Elias even started some of the demo work a day early. The fence was completed in a week. However, we ran into a small problem. Elias's trash hauler flaked on him and we were stuck with a couple pick-up bed's full of hedges that needed to be hauled to the dump. When Elias couldn't get somebody out to haul off the trash, he personally came and hauled it off. IMHO, he went above an beyond and we are very happy with our new fence and I will be recommending Bigfoot to anybody in the market for a fence."
