With nearly 20 years of experience and over 25,000 hours of working with clients, our counselor uses a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and coaching strategies, to help individuals break through old patterns and reach their full potential. We believe that everyone has unique traits and gifts that, when aligned with, lead to ultimate happiness and empowerment.
In addition to individual therapy, we offer goal-oriented Executive Coaching programs to help clients overcome obstacles in the workplace and in their personal lives. Through stress management and self-care skills, we empower individuals to be their best selves every day. We also offer Emergenetics assessments to help people connect with their ideal thinking and action approaches.
