"I 100% love Dr Michael Starbuck and PA Renae Miller. I personally had them as my care team when I was a child and now have them caring for my son. They have always made me feel comfortable as an adolescent and now as a mom I completely trust them with my own child. They look at me and listen to any concerns I have and assure me that I know my child best and I'm not crazy."

"If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it. With the exception of maybe two doctors (Guiren and Hodges) and the PA Renee who I really did enjoy, these folks do not treat you as the expert of your child. I constantly felt patronized and as though I was being told to go to the emergency room or to give my kid a popsicle for a 105 degree fever and a sore throat. After she was diagnosed with strep and showed resistance to the antibiotic they wanted to make me jump through many hoops before simply prescribing the correct antibiotic so she continues to suffer without appropriate medical care. The only other option I have at this point is to spend hundreds of dollars on an emergency room visit. After 8 years too long of giving this practice a chance to help me help my babies, I’m done and I will be moving on. I tend to be a very loyal customer and am frustrated that I allowed my loyalty to get in the way of caring properly for my kids’ health. I have friends whose kids almost died due to ailments missed by this practice. I should have left long ago. I advise you choose a different practice for your kids’ sake."

"Less than one star the front desk is so rude. I missed our first appointment and prior to that I tried to call to cancel the scheduled appointment but no one answered the phone. And I didn’t receive any messages or call as a reminder to that appointment. I tried to schedule a new apportionment but we are not allowed to visit the clinic due to missing appointment!!!!"

"I’ve been taking my kids here for 7 years now and the doctors are amazing! Dr. Guerin is the absolute best and we love Renee. They always take great care of my kids! I have nothing but positive things to say."

"My boys are 7 and 9 years old and we have been going to Starbuck since both my boys were born. We have invested a lot of time and money along with trust into this facility. Our boys had their wellness visit last week which we never received a reminder for their appointment in our text messaging nor a phone call prior to remind us and in all honesty completely forgot about the scheduled appointment. We remembered about it 45 minutes after their appointment and called to let them know we were so sorry and that we never received reminders. We rescheduled but then two days ago received a certified letter that we would need to find another pediatrician because we missed their wellness visit. We have had only one other missed appointment two years ago but never another one over the last 9 years. Considering how long our children have been in their care and the lack of empathy towards my children is really in my eyes, bush league. So now we are finding a new practitioner and Tiffany at the front desk in their Arvada location is also so rude. She always has been but just now was very rude to my husband while he was trying to get files transferred because we we’re technically “fired”. Pretty sad after investing so much in your facility over the last 9 years!"
