"I’ve been hesitant to write this review for sometime but after trying to warranty my second pair of boots through this store I’ve had enough. I own four pair of redwing heritage boots not including my wife’s. When I called to ask if I could warranty the 3190’s I bought 3-4 months ago that have failed stitching on multiple points of the boot I was told I had to go through a local cobbler that I had work done before through and was terrible. I asked to have them shipped to redwing corporate and was told they can’t do that and it would be 150 dollars for that to be done, not through warranty but for a total rebuild. They are only 3 months old! So I called redwing corporate office and they informed me that was a lie and not to worry now they are shipping me a total new pair of boots. Redwing as a company is great but the two stores in the springs are ran by the same money hungry scum bag that has sized me wrong twice the second time I didn’t let happen. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate owned store in Denver. Don’t waist your time with “Rocky” either."

"UPDATED 08/18/20: Changed to 5 star. After initial issue, the owner called and swapped out my boots with new ones. It's nice to see companies stand behind their products like Red Wing did. It is much appreciated, thank you very much! I will definitely recommend Red Wing Bought a pair of Red Wing brand shoes (my third or fourth set of boots I've bought at Red Wing) about 7 months ago for around $240 or $250. I took them in to the store for warranty work due to the left shoe's toe stitching coming undone, both on the black protective layer as well as the layers underneath that (see picture). This only happened on the left shoe, the right shoe is just fine. The attendant at the store said he will have to call his manager to come in to look at them. Within an hour I received a call saying the manager said it is not covered under the warranty because that is considered normal wear and tear (their solution was for me to pay them to put on their epoxy over the toe). Considering I spend over 50% of my time in an office, and the other in a loader with a fully enclosed cab, these boots see about the least amount of stress a work boot can see, and yet not only can they not hold up to minimal stress, but the company won't stand behind their own brand shoe or their warranty. When you spend $240-$250 for work boots, they should last more than 7 months. Not only is the product not worth the money, the service definitely is not as well. I won't be recommending Red Wing to anyone anymore."

Was most impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the worker, she even stayed open late for my shoe purchase."
