"If you know exactly what you need and will be in and out in 5 minutes tops, showing up 10 minutes before close should be fine right? Wrong. Turns out they don't close at 11 on Fridays, they close earlier because when I arrived at 10:50 the open sign was off and they were vacuuming the store despite the door saying they are *OPEN* until 11. I've worked at many food and retail places in my life, and I have never shut the sign off before the closing time shown on the door. We accepted customers until the closing time, at which point we lock the door, notify customers they need to wrap up shopping, and let them out as they are done. If you are going to stop accepting customers before 11, your hours of operation need to be updated online as well as on the door. 3 stars because I liked this store and have shopped here multiple times before, but this really bugs me. Amazon was happy to take my order for what I planned on purchasing tonight."
