"My experience at this location was fantastic! Gabriela was so helpful, listened to what I wanted, and helped me find a dress that I love! I had such a limited amount of time to find a dress and get alterations done but she was able to get this all together in just a few days and make last minute adjustments to the dress. "I used Avantas alteration service and I’m so happy I did. I went to another shop and the other shop wanted to give me my wedding dress the day before my wedding (without me trying it on). Avantas was special. They used safety pins instead of needles so I didn’t have to worry about getting poked and they gave me my dress many weeks before my wedding. Super professional and passionate. I highly recommend the shop."

"THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received from a dress shop. I went into this store with my mom looking for a dress to take engagement photos in. The lady was older with a heavy accent. She did not greet us or acknowledge us at first. later she asked if we needed help finding anything, while I was looking at racks my mom took her help asking for a style of dress with sleeves. The lady rudely said these dresses are not for mothers and we don’t have sleeves. I piped in and said “the dress is for me” and I went on to show her pictures of some dresses FROM THIS STORE that I found online WITH sleeves and she rolled her eyes and walked away annoyed to look at her inventory. Then proceeds to tell me that I would not fit in the dresses due to I am not a junior size and my hips are too wide. Keep in mind I am 5’ 5” 21 years old and wear a size 6 jeans. WILL NEVER be returning to this store. Also dresses felt CHEAP and way over priced for lack of quality."
