"Do not do business with this company. I own a small service company, and believe me, if I treated my customers like they've treated me, I'd have a one star rating too. Poor salesmanship, and they love to charge you for services not rendered."
"Customer service was excellent. Offered either the full service or purchase only. This is the second time we have ordered from them, and we have always been treated well and our orders were exactly as expected."
"Nadine was very rude and clipped on the phone, and unwilling to help at reception. Definitely not a great initial impression there. Alsco also claims we signed a 5 year contract which they refuse to provide copies of, and pricing increases regularly. Shady business practices, I do not recommend. The delivery drivers however are courteous and fast."
"Update: The poor gals in the office struggle with their jobs!!!! Asking OVER & OVER & OVER for help, they can't seem to ever fix any of the things they mess up. These guys provide floor mats for our 4 stores across the western slope. We have had great luck with them. Consistent billing, reliable deliveries, good product, pretty much everything good, that the rest are complaining about."
"Eek! STOP!. This is a horrible company to do business with. They are highly unorganized. They do not show up consistently. Billing is a nightmare. They try to force you into a 3 YEAR contract. The service crews feel really bad about what the service manager tries to do, but they have no control. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. Find a better solution!"
