"Their website mentions EMDR but they don't actually offer it. So if that is the therapy you need, seek it somewhere else. If you're new to therapy, this might be a good place to start. They seem friendly. Edited to add: They won't tell you about emdr offering until after you've decided to search elsewhere. The owner will reply immediately to your Google review but it will take an entire month to make an appointment because their email person won't be bothered to reply to emails for whole weeks unless you pester them. Maybe it shouldn't have so many stars now that I think about it."
