"I had an appointment on Feb, 22 2024 at the Englewood location. Upon entry, I was pleasantly greeted by Hannah. She explained the check in process; asked about the issues I was having; and the plan of treatment in the most succinct, friendly, and helpful way. She was very attentive to, and happily answered all of my questions and concerns. She provided me with visual aids and printouts. I would highly recommend Hannah, and PT of The Rockies, to ally friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"Please read before going here. I came here a few years ago for a small knee problem. Before I did any therapy PT of the Rockies made sure I was covered for a certain amount of therapy sessions. Did that and was done. A month later I received a bill saying part wasn't covered by insurance. Tried to argue with them that they said and checked that it was all approved before we did anything. They didn't care. So I didn't want to pay their bill. This same time they immediately sent it to collections. Long story short I'm living abroad now, missed some court date back in Colorado with the collections people and they ended taking more than 3x what they said I owed. Which I shouldnt have owed anyone anything. I think this place, the ones operating it is a kind of scam. They say you are approved, you do the sessions and later come back saying it wasn't covered and send it to collections. Because they send their bills directly to collections it leaves no time or possible way for people to deal with the PT. Once it goes to collections all is through them and all hope is lost. Truly messed up and now I'm out $4000, unexpectedly, straight out of my account.....really hope karma slaps these kinds of people doing this stuff. Come here for help and you will get the opposite;)."
