"I go to Be Well Spine & Soul for Softwave therapy. It is a LIFE CHANGER!!! I have bad knees and 3 bulging disks in my back. When I started, my knees hurt so bad I was taking 900mg Gabapentin and 750mg Aleave per day just to take the edge off and not be in agony all day. Now I don't even limp. I can't possibly tell you how much this has meant to me. I feel like I did in my 30's before I got hurt."

"I thought the doctor was going to help me, then I thought the physical therapist was going to help, but neither of them did very much in the end. The very first visit I had at Standley Lake Massage Therapy was the first turning point of my injury. My second visit told me that I was indeed going to get better, quickly. By my third visit, my massage therapist had to search for the injured muscle; it was no longer easy to find. Stellar progress with these people! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"Unfortunately I am leaving a 1 star review after speaking on the phone with what I'm assuming was the manager. The customer service here is absolutely terrible they are incredibly rude. I had booked a massage for my husband's birthday with a FEMALE masseuse the receptionist which has no knowledge of even talking with me (insert eye roll) she booked me with Yutaka AFTER I requested a FEMALE. No offense to Yutaka but that did not spark me as a Male name it just was different than I've herd. He told me "well if you would have looked at our website" I'm sorry but I've NEVER had to research my massages therapists before and Ive never had this happen, but mistakes happen bummer. My husband arrived a half hour before his massage once the masseuse came out my husband realized the mistake and told them he didn't feel comfortable with a male masseuse. They offered him to come back at 6:30 but because we had already had dinner reservations and the fact he was upset about waiting already a half hour for nothing he wanted to cancle. Now this is why the 1 star Four hours later i relieved a harassing call about how they were going to charge me $45 and completely blamed me for THE RECEPTIONISTS mistake. I told him I didn't feel that was fair my husband was their plenty early enough it was their mistake and if he did charge my card I would leave a negative review because I felt now we were being ripped off. He then accused me of black mail and threatened to charge me $110 for a service that wasn't given even though the $45 is their cancelation policy that he could do what he wants with his business. After I threatened small claims he charge me the $45 I'm legally obligated to. I would have never left a negative review if I hadn't been harassed and treated so poorly after THEIR mistake. Lesson learned but I'd avoid this place unless customer service isn't important. The big chains may be more of a wait but at least they have great customer service which is worth the wait in my opinion. Edited to add. I never called to complain about the $45 charge HE CALLED ME!!!!!!!!!! All I said was I didn't think the charge was fair because my husband was there 30 MINUTES EARLY, he blew up on me and started to place all blame on me. I was never offered an opportunity to rebook a session, they offered my husband at the time a 6:30 appointment which he declined. I would have paid the $45 no problem and had plans to book future appointments, because they got us right in no problem BUT.... read above review. I guess there is a reason his appointments are so open he's very rude."

"I had a great experience. Sean is a great massage therapist and I hope to return soon. He was able to alleviate a lot of my pain and make me feel comfortable as well. The people at the front were also kind and friendly. I highly recommend it."

"I love going here and the massages are life changing. Started seeing Jason to help my back while in a walking boot and I continue to go back for the benefits of all over wellness and stress relief. The little tips and tricks he gives to help me increase strength and flexibility is awesome and the relief I get from the massage is amazing. Prices are super reasonable and the other staff members are super friendly! Definitely worth visiting!"
