"Dr. Murray is great, and I am glad she is my provider, however, Soo disappointed. Had to make arrangements with my job to go to my own Dr. appointment (almost an act of congress), my daughter had to make arrangements with her job as well, - scheduled at least a month out, to have our appointments canceled on the day of our appointments. I too am a provider and when asked if I wanted to be on the call list I had to tell them no, because it is not okay for me to cancel my clients because my Doctor is now available. So disappointing and now we have to wait another month! Our medical system is a mess."

"Came in for my annual appointment and she was rude and rushed (as she was my annual the year before) I can get past that, but I then let her know of my new issues with increasingly painful and irregular periods, and she offered a tylenol prescription instead of trying to solve the underlying issue. I was seriously disappointed in the lack of care. I will say, the MA Jaime who works in the office is absolutely amazing. Very caring, helpful and so kind. Am getting a referral to a new provider."

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Murray last week and I have to say I am impressed. The waiting room is lovely and the staff were very friendly. The PA who took my vitals and medical history really seemed to care and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Murray was friendly and personable, but seemed rushed and brief in our appointment. She answered all my questions and gave her recommendations in a clear, concise manner. The lab technician was kind, quick and efficient with the blood draw and had the results back to me sooner than I expected! The only reason this place is getting a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5, is that the exam room and EVERYTHING in it was freezing! When you are sitting there with all your bits hanging out.. things get mighty chilly."
