"I like Dr. Hammond but I have had an appointment scheduled for along time and when I went to the office it is permanently closed. When I called the number it only told me it is permanently closed. I googled her online to see if she had another office and got UC Health Memorial North...who said they had never heard of her. So now it is time for my annual and I have to find a new doctor. It would have been really nice of her office to call and let me know. I have no idea where my medical records for the last 10 years reside now...Not happy at all!"
