"This place is less busy than the main brewery and it’s hidden gem. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was nice and empty. I’m sure the owners are not too happy that it’s empty but for us craft lovers, it was bliss compared to the hectic Saturday nights that everybody’s used to. I hope they keep this location open for a good minute and I hope it doesn’t become overcrowded once it becomes discovered."

"Cool brewery tucked away off the main street. Good beer and tasty food. Their take on frozen drinks are extremely fun and we’re my personal favorite. They hosted a great rehearsal dinner while we were there as well as a charity event. Safe to say, these guys can manage a crowd. Looking forward to visiting again."

"Trinity Brewing is located in a small strip mall in Colorado Springs. After a long day exploring Garden of the Gods- we where thirsty and hungry! We stopped at Trinity Brewing for lunch. This place has a very special charm. I enjoyed looking at all the decorations hanging all around and the large "book" archway by the bar. They have a nice outside seating area under some trees, so we sat outside. Our waitor was very friendly and got us beers right away. Their craft beer was great- and decently priced. I was surprised by how many great food choices they had including vegan! I got the truffle frys (without cheese) and their vegan corn dogs- and was blown away. They have regular food choices as well like burgers, wings, and some really fun choices of grub. They had their vegan choices marked clear on the menu which is great for people like me because when I go out to eat, I want to know whats vegan without having to ask/double check. The vegan corn dogs are two large vegan "hot dogs" coated and fried to a perfect crispy outside, and the vegan ranch was a perfect addition to dip them in. If I lived in the area, I would order these delcious dogs all the time! This is a great place for wonderful craft beers, great food that is prepared with pride, vegan choices and regular choices. You wont be disapointed at Trinity!"

"It's a great spot to get some good craft beer and food! It's open and inviting, and the staff were really welcoming. There's a second location not far from the main shop, so check that one out too. The only issue there is the second location doesn't have a dedicated food menu... yet. But Cassandra makes up for that as an amazing bartender. Otherwise, the main spot has everything you could want, and both are totally worth checking out."
