"The food was pretty good, the beer was really good, and we really liked how they managed service with a flag in a bucket - i didn't feel like i was stuck waiting for a server ever because the flag did the job!"

"A favorite for a while, but we don't live close anymore. Beers are good as always. The food has been delicious too. You must make sure it is a "cheat" day though! We stopped in for lunch on a wet, snowy day. There were quite a few folks, individuals at the bar and families and couples at tables. We were seated quickly. The way the service worked was awesome. There is a card you put up, otherwise they let us sit and converse. The food came out fresh and hot. The cheese curds were amazing! We miss being closer. Definitely recommend!"

"Likely the best chicken sandwich and burger you'll get around Longmont, let alone Boulder County. Good folks. One time my bicycle became disabled and they helped me out. They got a small repair station too and a bike rack although a little tricky to lock it up if you have a thicker bike."

"Absolutely delicious food at 300 Suns Brewing! The flavor of the cayenne spiced Nashville hot chicken sandwich was on point! The sandwich itself was made up of two large chicken tenders, coleslaw and pickles packed inside a soft sandwich bun. The spices used blended together perfectly. The homemade chips were also very tasty! Please bring your deliciousness to Castle Rock!! Will definitely return next time we are in the area! Highly recommended!"

"Earlier this year during the Final Four, a Denver paper ran a Nashville hot chicken bracket for readers to vote on. This place won so I decided to try it. Now I’m not a fan of sandwiches that are hot with no flavor, especially the super hot. This place has four levels of heat. Now I’m used to places saying they have spicy food that is not at all spicy. Seeing four levels, I thought I would be safe with going with the second one. Three bites in and I realized I might have made a mistake. It was a super crunchy being made up with several small tenders (best way to call them I guess due to size). Didn’t look that saucy but the heat came in as a slow build. Water and beer did little to help me. Nose started to run a bit and eyes watered. They don’t lie about this being Nashville hot. Besides that, great customer service including a sign system that allows you to not be pestered by staff but to put up a sign that tells them you need something and they will get to you. Fast food delivery. Nice variety of beers and other drink choices emphasizing local products."
