"Karen is amazing to work with. She digs and digs until she finds a resolution for you. I cannot speak to how the rest of the office is to work with as Karen has handled everything for me without the need to involve (visibly) anyone else. I am VERY anti-HR and this group of people have been extremely pleasant to work with. Note: I was really skeptical when our company moved to Talon; however, they have proven themselves over and over to be a true customer service company in a time when the concept of CUSTOMER service is all but lost. I cannot say how appreciative I am to have them as my representatives in the matters they handle (and they do ACTUALLY handle them)."
