"I was scrolling down on my Instagram and had seen a picture with lower rates on car insurance. I was hooked immediately, but skeptical at the same time because of the stories I've heard of people getting fraud and the, "too good to be true" syndrome. At the time with the car insurance I had, I wasn't happy about the rate I was being charged monthly. Instead, I was actually confused, frustrated and angry knowing other people were paying half of what I was being charged. I heard from friends (who are 16-20) that were paying less than a hundred dollar or even $120 with DRIVING RECORDS.... WHAT!!?? I was paying $185 on a brand new 2016 Prius and I was 23 at the time with no driving records (cross fingers for the future)... During that time, I was shopping around with different insurances hoping to find the cheapest, and I did, $185 yay me... I've accepted it because I was thinking they gave me that rate since I wasn't 26 yet and I needed the insurance. Fast forward 4 years after and I'm 26 and still with the same payment... "Hooray, can't get any better than that." That's why when I was scrolling down my Instagram I was immediately interested but, skeptical at the same time about the rates and the possibility of getting fraud. But hey, I gave it a shot and hope for the best. Immediately after I've imputed my information I got a call. It was a representative from Allstate, and boy, she was the sweetest, nicest, understanding and easy-to-talk to lady, Ms. Emily. She heard what I had to say and did her best to give me the best quality insurance (a better full coverage than my previous one, Geico) and with a lower rate. I now save $30 a month being with them and I could not be any happier. With owning a Prius, that's a month worth of gas. So, I'm happy and grateful to have taken that chance. If you are seeking for an agent in Allstate who is personable, understanding, and gives you the vibe as if you are family, then I highly recommend Ms. Emily.
