"I know for a fact I am NOT the only one who has been having a very bad experience with this individual at PFSI, but unfortunately they're giving their company as a whole a bad image. I'm going to be cancelling and switching my insurance plan entirely because of this person and their incompetence and complete lack of communication. I've reached out for certificates of additional insured multiple times, which as a contractor I need for obtaining licenses and permits for cities and towns. My "agent "(Alicia M.) WILL NOT answer any emails, follow up emails, or phone calls, or even return phone calls, she has not for well over a month now. The only email response I've received was passive aggressive, and basically to stop rushing her and she is busy, be patient, etc.. AND asking me to do parts of her job for her (of which she had no problem doing herself before when I was a new client). That was well over a month ago, and I've sent follow up emails with no response, tried calling, and get NOTHING. This is a hinderance to the operation of my business and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one having issues with Alicia. The company which had referred me to PFSI for business insurance informed me that they too cannot get in touch with Alicia, at least not without relentlessly sending emails that are more assertive in nature. One should not need to resort to such tactics in order to get a simple reply. I've been patient enough for the last 2 months and I'm sick of being ignored. I would look elsewhere if you are thinking of using PFSI, they only seem to care about getting a new customer and a new plan sold. The existing clients get the silent treatment and left in the dark."
