"This isn't the first time, but asked for a triple soft top and ended up with what looks like a tiny dab of whip cream on top again. Most of the time it comes out right but this time was probably the worst attempt at a triple soft top. People are cool and everything is delicious though."
"The coffee is very good, but there is always a barista scream-singing in there and it’s hard to hear the person at the window because of the screaming. Maybe he could sing quietly so customers can still hear at the window. I can’t imagine how loud it is for the individuals working by him. It’s so loud, and unnecessary."
