"Coffee there is great and service is usually good. This morning I got a coffee and paid for a soft top, no soft top in the coffee though. Came to $6.11 and handed her 6.25. (I do not tip as they make a regular wage, unlike a waitress) the girl at the window opened the window and instead of handing over the change, she threw the change (hard) in the tip box and without saying a word she slammed the window closed. I’m appalled by this entitlement, they make nearly 15 an hour plus they ask every car for a tip (which is annoying). She is doing her job so why am I expected to tip? plus she is making tips off every car but me! That’s probably more than I am making and I’m an RN. Dutch Bros, you still owe me my change! How are you going to rectify this situation? Pay your employees more so they stop begging me to tip them, and when I don’t they throw a tantrum and throw MY change in the tip jar and slam the window??? I will be calling a manager later today, you owe me and I will act like an entitled brat now!"

"As always, super friendly service and consistently tasty drinks. I always recommend the iced Kicker. It has a great balance of coffee, lightly sweetened and perfectly creamy."

"This is the only Dutch Bros location on this side of town so it's always crowded because we all know their coffee is the best. But it's worth the wait when you know that you will enjoy every bit of it. Also, shout out to the cool guys who run 2nd shift. Thank you so much for making memorable experiences. ❤️❤️"

"I'll drive 15 minutes out of my way if I see the Dutch Bros windmill on my maps or yelp. I found 2 on my Colorado Springs trip and made 5 visits. I'm a fan. Best coffee I've had outside of Frankfurt or Vienna, and that's saying a ton. Some of the most cheerful and peppy people are happy to greet you and get you your caffeine fix. First found Dutch Bros in Boise and happy to see them branching out, but what does it take to get 4 or 5 of them in Nebraska??? I've never had a bad cup of joe or an order gone wrong, and I've bought a tanker truck of coffee here over the last 8 years."
