"All the negatives reviews need to relax… have been coming here since 1988 and never a problem… well almost never. Nonetheless, after a few months of yelling and arguing these employees make my coffee better then else where … one would think triple espresso with steamed milk is something simple to make! Of course with whole milk! Not to mention the outstanding customer service, that is better than one would receive at home!"

"Waited 25 minutes for a Vanilla Blonde Latte on a mobile order. Just a regular old, no modifications off the menu latte. Barista openly helped other mobile orders and walk ins first. Ridiculous. I had to ask for my order 3 times. I don’t often come to this Starbucks and after today it’s unlikely I’ll bother coming again."
